I have been down ever since recieving the first text telling Stan had passed away. I immediately was transported back to when I started in EP at LGH. He was one of my first mentors and I was lucky enough to be on his call team with Judi. Stan was an outstanding sedation nurse and even better human being. I’m reminded of many call nights, regional EP symposium, dinner with him and Phylis, multiple annual sales meetings at Biosense. The most memorable was in Banf…..he was always prepared. Anyone have Duct tape and he replied what color do you want? He was just an amazing, genuine person.
The he measure of a person is the imprint they left behind. I know he touched my life and I am a better person for knowing him. I’m sure that’s a recurring theme you will hear. Phylis, Nicole and Michael my heart aches for you all and there is little else to say other than I am sorry for your loss and you are in my thoughts and prayers. Lisa Gonzalez

A friend, a colleague, a good man – our best man for our wedding. So many memories of friendship and sharing in the early years of marriage and parenthood. No one had a bigger heart or a better laugh. Thank you for being a part of our life Stan. You will be missed by many.

Odd as this may sound, whenever I think about medications or pharmacology I immediately think of Stosh, that’s the trigger for all of my fond memories. He was an amazing nurse, technologist, mentor and most importantly friend. I had the honor of learning from him, working with him, then sharing a stage with him on our “Regional Adventures” with the team from Cath Lab Digest. Sending peaceful thoughts to Phyllis, Nicole, & Michael today. I know it’s tough, may the days get better…
