Steve was the best neighbor anyone could have. I remember coming home for work in a snow storm and he was plowing everyone’s driveways. My husband passed several years ago and I had to leave my home and I missed having such good neighbors. I couldn’t believe it when I heard that he had passed. He was just too young, too nice. My condolences to his family. Rest in peace Stevie.

So sorry to hear of Steve’s passing. I’ll always remember the good times we had dirt bike riding and 4 wheeling in his Scout. Scout it out! Anything else is just a Fin car! Harley riding and going to the races, hill climbs, car shows and bike shows and mud bogs. Many days watching the Raiders and NASCAR in the basement and making a mess for Cathy to clean up. I was always treated like a member of the family! Rest in Peace, Steve.

In 2003 when I moved to Chapel Rd, the 1st neighbor we met was Steve. He always had that grin & laugh that made anyone smile. If Steve was out front of the house, or the gargage door was open (as it usually was) I fondly remember his “driveway” waves to us from across the street, with a cheerful “Hey Neighbor” greeting. We have some great stories, as do all his neighbors & friends. When you’d say “Hey Steve you got one of these, or can you give me a hand with this?” ” he was the “go to” guy. He was the best neighbor, so helpful and fun. He was truly one of the good ones. Trish, we are very sorry for your loss. The 2 of you together were a team, always felt like you had each others back. Wishing you gentle days. Sending you prayers & his strength. With love, Mike & Janice Rockocy
