Thomas D. Wadsworth, 63
April 06, 2023
Thomas D. Wadsworth, 63, of Lititz, passed away on Thursday, April 6, 2023 at his residence.
Born in York he was the son of the last Thomas “Tim” Wadsworth and Dorothy Gnagey Wadsworth of Lititz.
He worked for the RR Donnelley & Sons for over 30 years as a press operator.
Tom was a huge Civil War history fan, enjoyed hunting, and playing golf. He was a volunteer for Hospice & Community Care where he assisted at the annual Labor Day auction and Christmas memorial service. He enjoyed spending time at his cabin in Juniata County but what he treasured most was spending time with his family.
In addition to his mother, Dorothy, Tom is survived by his children: Josh D. and Lauren M, both of Lancaster, and his brother, Mike married to Leanne Wadsworth of York.
Friends will be received by his family on Thursday, April 13, 2023 from 6-7PM at the Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA, with the Memorial Service to follow at 7PM.

Tom was one of the nicest guys I worked with at Donnelley; intelligent, funny, hard working and a great story teller. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family…rest in peace big guy! Mike Sanchez

So sorry to hear of Tom’s passing. I worked with him for many years. He was very easy to work with and always smiling. We talked a lot. I live right across the street where he grew up so he shared a number of Mill Mar stories. From talking to him, I know he really enjoyed his time at his cabin and the outdoors, but I think what he spoke of with the most enthusiasm were his children. May he rest in peace.
Blessings during this difficult time.

I worked with Tom or many years at Donnelley. He was loved by all, always had a positive attitude, and had a great sense of humor. Every day working with Tom was a real pleasure. May God comfort you in your sorrow.

Tom was not only my cousin but also a fun guy. Because we he grew up in the eastern part of the state and I in the west, we did not get to spend a lot of time together. That being said, everytime we were together, Tom was just fun to be around. We shared a love of Pittsburgh sports teams, the Steelers and Pirates and many many years ago got to go to a Pirates game together. He and my uncle, his dad, were such fans that even though they did not live near Pittsburgh, they found a way to listen to the Pirate games. We laughed about how if their car was parked at just the right place in their driveway he and his dad could get the games on the car radio. I know Tom really enjoyed spending time at the cabin and enjoyed how quiet and peaceful it was there. Rest in peace now and I will cherish my good memories of you cousin; you will be greatly missed.

What a great guy Tom was. Always on the comedic side when we were together. We are very saddened. The best to all of his family.
