Jan. 24 I am so sorry to hear that Velva passed away. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. My folks and Velva’s folks were neighbors on the farm. I was a table waitress at her wedding in 1947 I think. I have many fond memories of her. Louise Schulzkump West Point, Ne.

I just found out today that my first cousin, Velva Slussar, had recently passed away. I did not know this until today when I received a letter from Vivian Hartwig. She had heard it from Advin Meyer (Facebook) in Florida.
Paula and I want to express our condolences. We are so sorry to hear about Velva’s passing. May God’s blessings be with the family in this time of sorrow.
